If you are anything like me, you have a bit of a difficult time keeping timelines straight when playing a Zelda game. It's only natural, considering the mainline games actually diverge and occur in alternate realities, according to lore. Even with all of this time and reality bending, I can actually say I know how old Link is in the latest installments of the series—The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. Here is what I know.
How old is Link in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild?
It is heavily implied that Link and Zelda are both in their later teen years, roughly 18 years old. That said, if you've played the game, you'd know that's also not the entirety of the answer. Technically, Link and Zelda both would be about 118 years old. They were born, worked to prevent the Ganon from returning, failed, and went into a sort of hibernation for 100 years. They reawaken at the same age as they were when they lost against Calamity Ganon, but 100 years would have passed, making them about 118.

How old is Link in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
For the moment, we can only presume that approximately two years have passed between The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. So, depending on your point of view, Link and Zelda are either approximately 20 years old, or 120 years old. No matter what, they look great for their age.
Are Link and Zelda the same age in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
At the start of the game, yes, they are the same age. However, there seem to be even more time hijinks going on in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. I didn't spoil the plot for myself so, I'm going in blind. But, from the intro, it's quite possible that Link and Zelda have found themselves split into different points in reality or time, making one age more than the other.
