In WWE 2K22 MyGM mode, players will come across various new features that will help boost a show's Rating. Power Cards are key items that players can purchase or get as a reward by completing Commissioner Goals. These allow players to dictate the quality of a show through various features and boost injured and low-stamina Superstars.
All Power Cards in MyGM
Players will have to select a GM first to start MyGM, and every option provides a special Power Card. Similarly, selecting which Brand you want to run will give players another Power Card that can be used at any time. Visit the Power Cards tab in WWE 2K22 MyGM to purchase new ones every week. You can also store a bunch of Power Cards and use them together right before a Pay-Per-View.

| Free Advertising Booking | Any advertising show logistic booked this week will be free |
| Free Special Effects Booking | Any special effects show logistics booked this week will be free |
| Fix Match | Guarantees the outcome of any match for the selected Superstar this week |
| Get The Tables | One randomly booked Tables match on your show will receive a higher-than-normal Rating |
| Health Spa 1/2/3 | Send the chosen Superstar to a top Spa to recover six/twelve/eighteen more stamina this week. This Superstar will be busy this week and cannot be booked for this week's show |
| Injury Rehab 1/2/3 | Reduces Injury time for one Superstar by one/two/three weeks. This Superstar will be busy this week and cannot be booked for this week's show. |
| Pre-Match Physio | Reduces the probability that a Superstar becomes injured |
| Too Extreme | One randomly booked Extreme Rules match on your show will receive a higher-than-normal Rating |
| Special Promotion | Ensures that you’ll retain most of your fans this week |
| Special Training | Trains one of your emerging talent Stars to become a permanent senior Superstar for your Brand |
| Veto Champ | Block an opposing Brand from booking one of their champions in next week’s show |
| Veto Random Superstar | Prevents a random Superstar on an opposing Brand from competing in next week’s show |
| Veto Star | Block an opposing Brand from booking their most popular Superstar in next week’s show |

In WWE 2K22 MyGM, players will have an option to select between the following six General Managers, and you will get to choose the Rival GM as well.

| Sonya Deville | A Superstar’s GM: Raise the entire rosters morale by +15 |
| William Regal | Legend Whisperer: The first legend you sign this week will be free |
| Custom Superstar | Beginner’s Luck: Raise the popularity of the Superstar with the lowest popularity on your roster by +20 |
Similarly, each Brand will provide players with a specific Power Card that can be used at any time.
