TUNIC is the adorable fox game that is taking indie fans by storm. The little fox you play must venture through the world fighting big and small monsters. When you first see him, you will likely be reminded of Link from the Legend of Zelda as the two are dressed alike.
TUNIC has no relation to the Legend of Zelda franchise, but it was inspired by it. While the fox does have a similar design to Link, there are a few differences, like his purple scarf and the lantern attached to his belt. The design of TUNIC's world is also different from that of Zeldas.

TUNIC is a cross between Zelda and Dark Souls
TUNIC will remind players a lot of Zelda, but it is a much harder game. You really have to watch your step when fighting enemies and many parts of the game look much more intense than what you find in the Zelda franchise. While it's not a Souls game, the creator admitted that Souls helped inspire him.
Players who love Zelda but feel like it's too lax will likely enjoy TUNIC. Likewise, players who want a challenge but don't like the Souls games should check out this title.
