Where to take the broken tracker in Stray
Now that you have discovered the secret lab, Seamus will find Doc's tracker. This can be used to find his location, but the tracker is broken and must be repaired. Take the tracker to Elliot in Elliot's Programming. The robot will reveal the tracker can be fixed but needs a blanket to stop his trembling fingers.
Where to find the blanket/poncho in Stray
To get Elliot to stop trembling, you must find the poncho and give it to him. This is the blanket and can be acquired by trading the Electrical Cable to Grandma in her shop.
