To equip Nova Galactic parts on your ship, you need to visit the SOL star system. On the starmap, look for the moon Titan orbiting the planet Saturn. Zoom in on Titan and land your ship at the New Homestead settlement. After landing, exit the ship and look for the Ship Services Technician near the landing zone, next to the Trade Authority kiosk. Talk to them to view and modify your ships.
