Where to sell Xenowarfare Tech in Starfield

Any contraband, including Xenowarfare Tech, can be sold at all the Trade Authority vendors across the galaxy. However, when you enter a guarded airspace, such as New Atlantis and Neon, your ship is scanned for contraband. If caught, the valuable will be confiscated, and you'll have to pay a fine.

However, there's a small Trade Authority shop in The Den staryard in the Wolf star system, which you can reach without being scanned for contraband. Jump to this location (see images), dock into The Den, and go to the Trade Authority shop to sell Xenowarfare Tech or any other contraband.

Approach the vendor and tell them that you want to trade. Select the Sell option at the bottom to bring up your inventory. If the shopkeeper runs out of credits, you can go sit on a nearby chair and wait for 24 hours (which only takes 24 seconds) for their credits to replenish.

How to smuggle contraband without getting detected in Starfield

If you want to smuggle the contraband to a protected planet without paying a fine, you'll have to upgrade your ship. Travel to the Porrima III planet of the Porrima star system and land at The Red Mile. Go inside the establishment and talk to the ship technician to modify your ship. In the Ship Builder, you can purchase and add Scan Jammer and Shielded Cargo to evade scanning. However, this isn't failproof, as you may still get detected sometimes. So make sure to save the game before making a jump so that you can reload if you get caught.
