This is where you'll uncover what Infinity LTD, the competitor of Ryujin Industries, is planning. What happens next can only be uncovered after a couple of steps. Let's talk about that.
How to Find Out What Infinity LTD is Doing at the Clinic - The Key Ingredient Quest Starfield
Enter The Clinic and try to gain access to the Secure Wing by talking to the Freestar Collective guard. You can try to persuade him to let you in, but the easiest way to gain entry is by using the Medicine skill dialogue option. It's a must-have perk in the science skill tree that I suggest unlocking if you haven't already. The last option to get inside the Secure Wing is by picking the door lock, which may put a small bounty on your head.
Following the indicator on your screen will lead you inside the doctor's office where you'll find Sean McAfee. Talk to him and use the Medicine dialogue option, or simply ask him what's going on there. Sean will spill the beans on the illegal science experiment being conducted inside The Clinic.
Complete the interaction with both doctors to complete the quest objective that says to discover what Infinity LTD is doing. Your dialogue choices during this conversation will not matter much. On the other hand, if you lie to Sean that Infinity LTD has sent you, he'll leave you with Kendrick Lane.

You can then either use the Security dialogue to access Lane's computer and figure out what's going on yourself or lie to them that Infinity LTD has sent you to extract more information on the clinical trials. If you're accessing the computer, open the Project Dominion folder briefly to check off the objective. Make sure to grab the Refined Rothicite Shipment from the table before leaving The Clinic.
