Spider-Man 2 brings Peter Parker and Miles Morales together on a brand new adventure that franchise fans are eager to experience.
Having played both the first game and the Miles Morales spinoff, I wondered how long the game's official sequel would be. We will answer this question in the guide below.
How long does it take to beat Spider-Man 2?
While your mileage may vary, it is a general consensus among the gaming community it would take you around 18 hours of playtime to complete the Spider-Man 2 main story mission. Speaking from personal experience, it took me around 20 hours to complete it, so I guess I wasn't far off from the average. If you're looking forward to collecting all the unlockable costumes and other goodies this game offers, you might be looking at up to 30 hours of playing time.
I am glad to see this sequel is a significant step up from the Miles Morales game, which took noticeably less time to beat, leaving us all wanting more. Considering the game is a spinoff title rather than a full-fledged release, this is still something to bear in mind. This time around, we will definitely get to see more of the charming Miles Morales character and his incredible voice actor at work.
