How to play the Skull & Bones closed beta
Joining the Skull & Bones closed beta is an easy task but requires a Ubisoft account. I suggest making one now before trying to register to ease the process. If you already have one like me, the process is simplified. With that out of the way, you can follow the instructions below to sign up for the Skull & Bones closed beta.

- Go to the official Skull & Bones website.
- Click the Register button.
- Login or create a Ubisoft account.
- Choose your desired platform and link your account.
We don't know what will be available during the Skull & Bones beta, but we expect we'll get a full look at the sailing and a chance to explore the world. I love pirate games, and if the ship-to-ship combat in Skull & Bones is anything like Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, I know I'll be happy. Especially we if get sea shanties! Yo Ho!
When is the Skull & Bones closed beta
The closed beta for Skull & Bones beings on August 24, 2023, and runs until August 28, 2023. During this time, players can sail the seas and fire cannonballs at fellow pirates. Follow the official Ubisoft Twitter for more updates and news on the game and future playtests.
