Dried Grass was added to Roblox's Islands/Skyblock in the Secret Weapon update on July 25th, 2020! It's pretty easy to get, so once you know how you'll be able to craft some up right away!
How to Make Dried Grass
Time needed: 5 minutes.
All you need to do to get Dried Grass is to have a regular Grass block and heat it up in a furnace or campfire! If you aren't so familiar with the game, I'll walk you through the process below.
- Get a Grass Block
You might already have some extra grass from creating your island, but if you have everything where you want it then you might not want to move anything. To get more grass, you'll need to go through the purple portal and talk to the Blocks vendor. He sells grass for 5 Coins a block, so purchase as many as you'd like to turn into Dried Grass.
- Heat up Your Grass Block
Now, you can either place your grass into a Campfire or a Furnace. Campfires are much easier to get in the early game because they only require wood. You'll need some stone and iron to create a Furnace. Whichever you have, just open it up and place some coal inside to get the fire going then add the grass!
- Obtain the Dried Grass
Once it has heated up enough it will turn a brownish color on the top indicating that it has made the transition to Dried Grass! You can now create a bunch more to decorate your island!
