In the old days of Roblox, getting banned was a pretty rare occurrence for the average player. Now, however, Roblox has cracked down on its Terms of Service (ToS) and even the most tame of players have begun to receive warnings or even temporary bans for the smallest actions. Sometimes, it seems as though players receive bans at random, with Roblox putting little to no effort into figuring out the issues within its moderation system. With the fear of randomly receiving a warning or ban in the back of users' minds, including my own, it leads them to wonder just how many times they can receive these "wrist slaps" before fully getting the virtual boot—a permanent ban/termination. How many ban warnings before a perma-ban on Roblox?
Unfortunately, there isn't a straight-forward answer to this question, as a ban's length of time and a warning's severity is dependent on why you received said warning in the first place. If Roblox deems your offense as more serious, you may not even receive a warning to begin with, and will instead receive a temp-ban immediately. In general, less severe offenses will lead to a warning, and players can receive anywhere from one to 15 warnings before being perma-banned.

After reading various user statements and doing my own research, it seems the general timeline for bans is as follows:
- Less severe offense committed -> Receive warning -> Agree to ToS + good behavior -> No longer in trouble
- Less severe offense committed -> Receive warning -> Agree to ToS + continued bad behavior -> Receive up to 15 warnings -> Receive temp ban + continued bad behavior -> Receive up to three temp bans -> Receive permanent ban/account termination after third temp ban
- More severe offense committed -> Receive temp ban -> Good behavior -> No longer in trouble
- More severe offense committed -> Receive temp ban + continued bad behavior -> Receive up to three temp bans -> Receive permanent ban/account termination after third temp ban
Typically, the first temp-ban received is 24 hours (1 day), the second is 72 hours (3 days), and the third is one week.
End
As mentioned above, my research has led me to believe that a player can receive up to 15 warnings before receiving a permanent ban or account termination, depending on the severity of their offense. All of this information is decided by Roblox on a case by case basis, however, or is done at random, so no one truly knows the answer to this question except for those on the Roblox moderation team.
