To switch from first to third person camera on a controller input, press the right analog stick or "R3." If you are using a keyboard as your input device, press "Tab" to change the camera point of view (POV).

Ubisoft's decision to provide an option to switch camera view is extremely useful at times. You can change the view whenever you want, even in between races. Some races feel really well in first-person, and some in third-person view.

For instance, bike racing feels more immersive when played on first-person POV. However, it does limit your visibility to see the turns and route ahead. It's up to you to decide which camera mode you'd like to use.

Keep in mind that some gears in Riders Republic do not let you change the camera view.
