Because of this, anyone who purchased the Game Pass can play the game come launch day on January 20.  All three versions of the Game Pass will also have the game, and if you are unsure which version these are, here's all three listed below:

  • PC Game Pass
  • Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
  • Standard Xbox Game Pass

Rainbow Six Siege, alongside extraction, will also launch on January 20 on the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and the PC Game Pass. So again, if you own the Game Pass, you will also get access to the fast past action of Extraction's PVP-focused counterpart, Rainbow Six Siege.

Further news from the announcement includes Ubisoft announcing their intent to bring Ubisoft+ to Xbox platforms in the future. When Ubisoft starts importing Ubisoft+ to the Game Pass is unknown but is nonetheless an exciting prospect.

That said, all of these announcements spell an exciting time for Xbox Game Pass users, who already have an incredible roster of games to enjoy, and more soon to come.
