How to complete VR Training in Rainbow Six Extraction?

Do not skip the training!

Rainbow Six Extraction is now available for download, and players have to complete the rigorous VR Training before starting the campaign. While you can skip through the training, we recommend that you complete 100% of VR Studies before moving into real incursions. Players can earn a little XP during VR Training and it will give you a better understanding of encountering Archaeans. Here are the few objectives you need to complete in VR Training.

Players can also destroy them by shooting or using melee weapons. Archaean nests will produce new Archaeans until it's destroyed. Make sure to destroy each of them to complete this stage.
