Paradox Hariyama is locked behind Scarlet and Violet's main story, so you will need to complete the Victory Road, Starfall Street, and Path of Legends campaigns before encountering it. Iron Hands only spawns in the Great Crater of Paldea and is exclusive to Pokémon Violet. Once you have completed the three storylines, a fourth campaign will unlock the Zero Gate travel point at the center of the Paldea region map. After you have gained access to the crater, you will finally be able to catch the futuristic Scarlet and Violet Paradox Pokémon in the area Zero location detailed below.

Paradox Hariyama first becomes available after you have turned on Research Station No.3 in the storyline. However, the quickest way to find Iron Hands is to head over to the Zero Gate fast travel point South of Medali City. Iron Handslocation is near Research Station No.1, which the green portal inside the Zero Gate can access. Once at the research facility, walk outside towards the tree a few feet away from the door. The futuristic Hariyama can be found wandering the overworld and is a common spawn. If you don't see the Paradox Pokémon, just re-enter the area repeatedly until it pops up on the screen. Pokémon Scarlet users will need to trade with a Pokémon Violet player, as Paradox Hariyama is an exclusive Pokémon.
