To get the Destiny Knot in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, you must visit the Delibird Presents store in Mesagoza and purchase it for 20,000 Poké Dollars, however, there's a catch. The Destiny Knot will only appear underneath the Battle Items category once you have defeated four gyms and obtained four Gym Badges. It will not appear sooner, and other Delibird Presents stores will not have the Destiny Knot for sale.

The Delibird Presents in Mesagoza is to the southeast of the city. If you are entering from the south, turn right before the steps, and the first building you come to is the Delibird Presents.

It does not matter what four Gym Badges you have earned. As long as you have four, return to the Delibird Presents store in Mesagoza, the first major town where your academy is. Enter the store and purchase the Destiny Knot for 20,000 Poké Dollars.
