To heal your Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you can either use a healing item or return to your base camp. You can rest at your base camp, which will restore your Pokémon's health. Healing items such as potions and medicinal herbs will also restore your Pokémons' health and can be used in the field.

Keeping your Pokémon healthy is important because you don't want them to all get knocked out. It is better to return to your base camp to rest than try and push on with wounded Pokémon. While at your base camp, you can also craft healing items.

Training your Pokémon up and matching your types to capitalize on their strengths will prevent your Pokémon from getting hurt. Remember to be play smarter, not harder!
