- Grafton Farmhouse: On the desk in the first-floor twins' bedroom, holding an axe.
- Maple Lodge Campsite: At the end of the pier on the lake, on a chair.
- Prison: On the desk next to the metal detector at the entrance.
- Ridgeview Roadhouse: Second floor, across the bathroom in the bedroom, on the table with a laptop.
- Sunny Meadows: Inside the chapel, by the cross covered in blood.
- Tanglewood Streethouse: In the dining room, inside a cabinet.
- Willow Streethouse: In a cabinet in the hallway between the restroom and the basement.
These are all the locations where you can find the Monkey Paw. Using the Monkey Paw, you can make different wishes, such as wishing for clear skies to clear up the weather, wishing for rain, snow, sanity, or to leave.
