Best 10 Weapons in Payday 3

Weapons in Payday 3 have different use cases, so these are in no particular order. However, rest assured that you can't go wrong with choosing the weapons listed below for your arsenal.

1. Reinfield 880

The Reinfield 880 is one of the earliest weapons you can buy in Payday 3, and it's also one of the best. As a pump action shotgun, it deals massive damage with a single click, often staggering your enemies—if not killing them outright. My main loadout focuses heavily on making this beast of a weapon the best it can be if the mask has to come on.

2. SA A144

This semi-automatic rifle is perfect for precise headshots at any range. As a stable platform, it can safely be used in any mission type to great effect, making it a very solid solution to any problem, provided you have the aim.

3. KU-59

The KU-59, the AK47 of Payday 3, is a high-damage assault rifle that shreds foes in close-to-mid-range engagements. For a fully automatic weapon, the KU-59 is highly accurate, and attachments only improve the weapon platform with each addition. It is highly versatile and my go-to if I'm not feeling the pump-shotty life.

4. Reinfeld 900s

Payday 3's only true sniper rifle, the Reinfeld 900s is the ultimate plinker of heads, able to down most enemies in a single, well-placed shot. It is best used at longer ranges due to its bolt-action firing mechanisms, so if you're going to use it, have a solid secondary ready at a moment's notice.

5. VF-7S

The VF-7S, the SCAR of Payday 3, functions very similarly to the KU-59 but with the trade-off of slightly less damage for more consistent accuracy. As such, if you're not a fan of the AK, this is a very solid alternative.

6. SP Model 11

This monster of a hand cannon boasts the highest damage of any pistol in Payday 3. It is a head-capping machine with a low fire rate, so if you're accurate with your shots, this is the off-hand pistol for you.

7. CAR-4

The CAR-4—the M4 of Payday 3—is your standard, run-of-the-mill assault rifle capable of dealing with any situation to a modest degree. Standard doesn't mean bad; it means that this is the weapon you fall back on when you're not sure what you're getting into.

8. ZIV COMMANDO

If you're a fire rate enthusiast, then you're looking for the ZIV COMMANDO, the fastest-firing weapon in Payday 3. As an SMG with an extremely high fire rate, this gun dominates close-quarters combat like no other weapon in the game.

9. SFORZA BISON

If you're looking for a secondary pistol with strong damage but reasonable recoil, then look no further than the SFORZA BISON, a revolver built to reduce its payload's recoil.

10. FIK PC9

The FIK PC9 is Payday 3's Assault Rifle/SMG hybrid. As such, it harbors stats from both weapon types, making it a solid all-rounder for most of the game's content. You can't go wrong with it.
