The Forgotten Graveyard is one of the more confusing parts of the story in Neopets. When Kaia and Malum disappear, Aethia and Taelia find a clue as to where they could have gone at the Infirmary. This clue is a scramble of letters that you can decipher as "She is at the Forgotten Graveyard." We'll go over how what to do from this point.
Head to the Forgotten Graveyard
After receiving the clue, players will need to decode the message correctly to unlock the link to the Forgotten Graveyard. For players who don't get the pop-up, they can simply head to the Neovia map and click the Forgotten Graveyard in the lower left.
Players will need to search the image of the Forgotten Graveyard for a small object. The placement is randomized, so look closely. Once the player finds the object, click on it to reveal that it is Malum's sword. It will be added to the player's inventory, then Kaia will appear.

Fight Kaia
Once Kaia appears, she'll become a character that players can challenge at the Battledome. Players will need to fight her at the Battledome to continue the story. This is a community challenge, and once the bar is filled at the bottom of the screen in the graveyard she will turn into the Darkest Faerie.
Collecting the Hourglass Fragments
Players will then wake in the Infirmary and Fyora will disclose her adventure to the clearing where she discovered an hourglass holding Kaia and Malum prisoner. During her attempt to escape, Kaia damaged the hourglass. So players will need to return to the graveyard and click on all of the 29 fragments left there.
The pieces are scattered near and far across the graveyard. Once completed, players should head to the Clearing and click on the stone circle in front of the hourglass. This will finish the step of breaking the spell and return Kaia and Malum in the next video.
