The newest MLB The Show 22 program adds new Takashi cards to the collection in the form of Sizzlin' Summer Bosses. These cards are part of the Sizzlin' Summer program and can be game-changers in your lineup. So, how do you get the Sizzlin' Summer bosses in MLB The Show 22?
The Sizzlin' Summer Bosses can be unlocked through the main program running from July 1, 2022, to July 18, 2022. You can unlock Sizzilin' Summer Choice Packs at level 30 (250,000 XP) and level 35 (325,000 XP). There are four total Sizzlin' Summer Bosses, so if you want the other two, you must purchase them from the Marketplace.

What Sizzlin' Summer boss should you choose?
Since you only get two free selections of the Sizzlin' Summer bosses, which ones are the best to choose? Who you choose depends on what your lineup needs, but the best overall choices are pretty clear. C Mike Piazza has ridiculous hitting attributes, boasting contact and power from left and right all above 100. Catchers are rare, especially ones that can hit, so Piazza is a great choice.
If you do not need a catcher, CF Honus Wagner is another great choice. His contact is above 100 and he is a bunting master with both Bunt and Drag Bunt at 99. His speed and base-running is unmatched, so you will have no problem getting on base and stealing a few.
