A good way to track where to go in Lost Ark is to look at your Adventurer's Tome. This shows you the order of the continents to go to. After East Luterra, you will want to go to Tortoyk, and then to Anikka after that.

One thing to note: your Main Quest becomes Finding the Arks, which is vague. Instead, you will need to focus on World Quests. These are light blue and feature a globe icon. World Quests become your primary objective and what you need to do. Follow these quests, and you will be on the right path.
