Lethal Company controls are straightforward once you learn what each key does in-game. The following is a list of all controls and how to activate them.
Keyboard

- Point emote: 2.
- Dance Emote: 1.
- Inspect: Z.
- Scan: Right-click with mouse.
- Use item/Weapon: Left-click with mouse.

- Cycle through items: Mouse wheel.

Can players change their Keybinds in Lethal Company?
You can change your keybinds since the v45 build. There wasn't a way to change keybinds before, but the community was requesting it and Zeekerss listened. Everyone has their own setup so it's very useful to be able to change the keybinds to what works best for you.
