While there are several puzzles in Hogwarts Legacy that are marked on your map and quest list, there are some that don't appear unless you approach them. One such mystery can be found at The Tomb of the Villager. Here's a quick guide on where to find this puzzle and how to complete it.
Hogwarts Legacy - The Tomb of the Villager Puzzle Guide
The Tomb of the Villager is situated in the northern section of the Hogsmeade Map. At the location marked in the map image above, you'll find a tomb entrance inside the Hogsmeade Graveyard. The entrance will only be visible at night, but you can change the time if you've reached there early.
After entering the tomb, approach the wall to make it automatically open for you. Further inside, you'll find three goons that you can easily defeat using your magic spells. After clearing out the threat, you'll notice that you can't make it to the other section of the room because of the mechanical pillars blocking the path as you approach them.
To cross to the other side, find the statue shown in the image above and light up the torch sitting next to its feet using any of your fire magic spells (Incendio or Confringo). This will make the statue disappear behind the wall and a white platform will appear in its place. Step on the platform and you'll be taken to the section that you previously couldn't access. Here, you'll find a metal block (second image) that you need to pull out using the Accio or Wingardium Leviosa spell.

Now, use the rotating platform to go back to the other side of the room and, from there, use the Wingardium Leviosa on the block to drag it to the metal plate indicated in the image above. Once the block is sitting in a desired potion, use your fire spell (Incendio or Confringo) on it to unlock the secret entrance. This solves the mystery of The Tomb of the Villager. You can take the rotating platform again, make it to the other side, and access the secret chest from there.
