Cogwheel Software's debut title, Hidden Deep, releases on PC in early access on Jan. 24, 2022. Those interested in the atmospheric horror game may wonder if it will be coming to console and which consoles it will release.
Hidden Deep will come to consoles—but likely after the PC launch as it will first release in early access. Developers tend to use early access on PC to work out any bugs and features that need to be implemented later or worked out. Hidden Deep will release on Xbox and Switch with no word on a PlayStation release.
No timeline was given for the console release, but it will happen at some point. Partial controller support is already in the game, which should be ironed out during the early access period. This means that when Hidden Deep comes to consoles, it should be ready and working.
But for those impatient for a console release with a PC, Hidden Deep will be available in early access soon on Jan. 24. Hidden Deep looks to be a thrilling horror experience regardless of how you play!
