You can find the Vulture's Gold treasure map in the narrow canyon in The Strönd in Alfheim. It will be to the right of the Mystic Gate as you prepare to explore deeper into Alfheim. The map has a clue, which reads:

Vulture's Gold Treasure Location God of Ragnarök - Alfheim
These clues will lead you deeper into Alfheim, specifically to the large skeletal remains of the creature in the back of The Barrens. You will be able to reach this area after leaving The Below and opening the hive cage for Hafgufa.
Make your way over here and find the creature's skull. Inside the remnants of its jaws, you will spot a glimmer of gold. This is the treasure you are seeking. We received the following.
