How to get Kazuha's Special Dish Recipe in Genshin Impact
You can get the Recipe for Dry-Braised Salted Fish by purchasing it from Ryouko's stall in Ritou, which is located on the southern wharf. The Recipe costs 1,250 Mora and is a one-time purchase. Learn it to make any number of Dry-Braised Salted Fish (and its variations) as you like.

How to cook All-Weather Beauty in Genshin Impact
You can cook All-Weather Beauty on any stove using Kazuha. It's unfortunately not possible to cook the Special Dish if you don't have him. Interact with any bonfire or stove to open the cooking menu and select Dry-Braised Salted Fish, which can be made with the following ingredients:
- x1 Fish
- x1 Salt
Salt can be purchased from general goods stores all over Teyvat. If Kazuha cooks Dry-Braised Salted Fish, there's a chance for him to make All-Weather Beauty instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.
Difference between Dry-Braised Salted Fish & All-Weather Beauty in Genshin Impact
Both of these are useful recovery dishes that you can consume when you don't have a healer around. However, the Recipe is full of hard-to-get ingredients, so I don't recommend stocking up on these dishes unless you have a lot of extra ingredients in your Inventory.
- Dry-Braised Salted Fish - Restores 8/9/10 percent of Max HP and an additional 800/1,000/1,200 HP to the selected character.
- All-Weather Beauty - Restores 16 percent of Max HP and an additional 1,350 HP to the selected character.
