As the Deputy Leader of the Arataki Gang, Kuki Shinobu has her work cut out for her—especially when it comes to disciplining the Gang's rowdy members. In the Gang Bylaws Narrative Checkpoint of her Hangout Event, you need to help Shinobu track down Mamoru, Genta, and Akira, who ran away after being told that the Gang is to adopt a new set of rules.
The game will highlight the search area in the World Map and minimap to make it easier to spot the trio, but you still need to follow a few steps to find them.
How to track Mamoru in Kuki Shinobu's Hangout Event
First, you need to look for Mamoru. Head to Aisa Bathhouse in Inazuma City. It's located across Uyuu Restaurant, one block away from Ogura Mio. You'll find the Aisa Bathhouse owner, Aikawa Susumu, scratching his head in front of a tree. Speak to Aikawa Susumu to get a hint of Mamoru's location. Then, climb the Aisa Bathhouse, where you'll find Mamoru cowering on the rooftop.

How to track Genta in Kuki Shinobu's Hangout Event
After finding Mamoru, he'll reveal that Genta headed toward Hanamizaka. Follow the quest marker toward the highlighted search area in Hanamizaka. In front of the Bantan Sango Detective Agency, you'll find three children: Yuma, Eita, and Souta. Speak to the kids to get a hint about Genta's location. Once that's done, go under the bridge beside the kids, where you'll find a cowering Genta.
How to track Akira in Kuki Shinobu's Hangout Event
Genta will reveal that Akira had left the city, so head north toward Byakko Plain and follow the quest marker toward the highlighted search area. Go north of "Designer" Wakamurasaki and jump down to the shore. You'll find Akira behind some crates.
