How to run faster in Genshin Impact

It's not all about the shoes you wear...

With a rough 65 square miles between borders, it's no wonder we spend more time exploring the world of Genshin Impact than simply moving from one quest marker to the other. Though, when not using fast travel, we do have to rely on the Stamina Gauge to get us by. Of course, working to increase it is a crucial step to maximize your teams' overall speed.

That said, some characters do have perks that help boost speed when employed. Rosaria, for example, has the Talent Night Walk, which increases the parties' SPD by 10% between the hours of 6pm and 6am. This Talent, however, does not apply inside of Domains, Trounce Domains, or the Spiral Abyss.

How to unlock Rosaria in Genshin Impact

Rosaria, like other characters, can be obtained at a normal rate on all Standard Wish Banners, bar the Beginner's Banner. This includes Wanderlust Invocation, Epitome Invocation, and the Character Event Wish.

After recruiting Rosaria to your party and boosting your Stamina level, you can sprint by pressing and holding R1 (PlayStation) or Left Shift (PC). If, at any point, the gauge depletes, then you can eat food to replenish it.

Simply looking at the Items you obtain can also help evolve your SPD. Some, though not all, can increase the parties' movement speed. Therefore, by equipping select Items and having specific speed-based characters in your roster, you can swiftly move across the map without delay.
