The Hakuen Michimitsu Amenoma is an old sword that was once wielded by Iwakura Doukei, the legendary founder of the Iwakura Clan. Those who have completely mastered the clan's secret art would later become the sword's successors. It's part of a Hidden Exploration Objective that will take a story from Narukami Island all the way to the depths of Enkanomiya.
To start, you must have completed the following prerequisites:
- Obtained the Iwakura Out Achievement by exterminating every member of the Iwakura Clan.
- Completed the Enkanomiya prerequisite: Still Water's Flow and can freely roam The Serpent's Bowels.

Once those are done, head to the area circled in the map above to find a waterfall with a sword in front of it. Interact with the Rusted Sword to obtain the Hakuen Michimitsu Amenoma. You'll find it inside your Quest Item Inventory.
After confirming that you've picked up the sword, head back to the Byakko Plain in Narukami Island, where you had slain the last two brothers of the Iwakura Clan. Interact with the Blade Mound to place the Hakuen Michimitsu Amenoma in it and obtain the Wonders of the World Achievement called The Ill-Starred Legacy of Iwakura.
