Genshin Impact's TCG mirrors its combat in many ways. The elemental reaction system is present in both, for example. At their core, both Genshin Impact's combat system and TCG want you to change your tactics to respond to situations. Each character you can challenge at the Cat's Tail invitation board will duel you with different decks and strategies. We can help you beat Eula, so you can win her Character Card.
How to beat Eula and get her Character Card in Genshin Impact's TCG
Eula uses herself, Diluc and Noelle as her team in Genius Invocation TCG. She focuses heavily on attacks, and will try to bring you down quickly. In particular, you should be wary of Eula's Elemental Burst, Glacial Illumination, which will build up a powerful Summon by unleashing further Normal and Elemental Skill attacks. The summon only lasts for one round, and will unleash massive damage at the End Phase if you are not careful.
One good way to counteract Eula is to use a deck that centers around the Freeze reaction. Using Xingqiu and Ayaka together can help you to slow down her attacks. If you are careful, you can freeze Eula's character card right after she unleashes her Burst, neutralizing its damage potential. You could also use a deck that takes advantage of shields, using characters like Ningguang and Noelle. This way you can protect yourself from Eula's attacks while you chip away at her.

You might also want to include action cards like Send Off and Guardian's Oath in your deck. These cards can destroy the Summon that Eula creates. Just be careful using Guardian's Oath, as it will destroy your own summons, too.
After beating Eula once on Friendly Fracas mode, you will obtain her Character Card. If you beat her in less than six rounds and have at least two characters still standing at the end, you'll also win two copies of her unique Talent Card, Wellspring of War-Lust.
