To unlock Scenes from Life in Meropide: A Raw Deal, you must first play through the Unfinished Comedy: Game of the Rich World Quest until you wake up on the third day. It involves the following steps:
- Play through the quest until you're prompted to sleep.
- Rest for the night, then wake up and proceed with the quest.
- When you're asked to collect 300 Credit Coupons, complete Scenes from Life in Meropide: Safe Operation.
- Play through the quest until you're prompted to rest for the night.
- Upon waking up, you'll be asked to collect 300 Credit Coupons again. This time, you must complete two quests to finish the objective.
The first quest is Scenes from Life in Meropide: Dead End, while the second is Scenes from Life in Meropide: A Raw Deal. They can be completed in any order.

After completing the prerequisites, head to the Dormitory Block via the southern Teleport Waypoint. Then, walk all the way to the area circled in the image above, where you'll find a tunnel. Enter the tunnel and follow the path forward to find Decembre, triggering the World Quest.
Complete the long dialogue, then approach the tunnel exit to trigger dialogue with Decembre once again, completing the World Quest.
