Cashflow Supervision is a limited weapon that can only be obtained whenever it's featured on rate-up in the Epitome Invocation banner, which you can pull using Primogems and Intertwined Fates. As such, you need to wait for it to go on rotation and chart an Epitomized Path to guarantee Cashflow Supervision at the third pity.

- Base Attack: 48 to 674
- Substat: Crit Rate (4.8% to 22.1%)
- Passive: Golden Blood-Tide
- Attack is increased by 16/20/24/28/32%. When current HP increases or decreases, Normal Attack Damage will be increased by 16/20/24/28/32%, and Charged Attack Damage will be increased by 14/17.5/21/24.5/28% for four seconds. Max three stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. When the wielder has three stacks, Attack Speed will be increased by 8/10/12/14/16%.

Who can use Cashflow Supervision in Genshin Impact?
Cashflow Supervision is an extremely niche catalyst, as its passive requires the wielder's HP to constantly increase and decrease. As of Version 4.1, this quirk is limited to two catalyst users: Neuvillette and Wriothesley. However, Neuvillette is an HP-scaling unit that is better paired with his signature weapon, so Cashflow Supervision is only a viable option for Wriothesley.
