To obtain Narukami's Affection, you'll need to challenge the Court of Flowing Sand Domain, a Domain of Forgery located in Inazuma.

Narukami's Affection are rewarded for finishing Domain of Forgery: Altar of Sands on level III or higher. This Domain can only be challenged on Tuesdays, Fridays, or Sundays. The recommended party level for the Domain of Forgery: Altar of Sands level III is 59. If you challenge this Domain at higher levels, you have a chance at receiving more rewards, or rewards of a higher rarity. It's recommended to use Geo and Cryo characters in your party. The Domain challenge has the following disorder: When characters use Elemental Skills, a shockwave will be unleashed, dealing True DMG.

Collecting the rewards after challenging this Domain costs 20 Resin. You can also receive double the rewards by spending one Condensed Resin.

The Court of Flowing Sand Domain is on the North side of Narukami Island. See the image below for its exact location.
