To obtain Gloomy Statuettes you'll need to find and destroy Black Serpents and Abyss Mages. Though Black Serpents are also rare, they tend to be easier to find and farm materials from. The higher the level of the enemies you destroy, the more items they will drop. You can also trade in Stardust for Gloomy Statuettes. It costs five Stardust for one Gloomy Statuette on the Stardust exchange. Black Serpents can be found inside The Chasm. Refer to the image below for exact locations:
