To obtain Evergloom Rings you'll need to find and destroy the Iniquitous Baptist on any World Level. The higher your World Level, the higher your chances of receiving multiple components at once. To receive components you'll need to spend 40 Resin each time you defeat this Boss. There is no quest requirement to find the Iniquitous Baptist. It can be found in the underground beneath the Tunigi Hollow in the Realm of Farakhkert. Refer to the image below for its location:
