Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 brings weekly Resistance Quests, which players can complete to receive massive amounts of XP to level up their character. The second stage of the week four challenge requires you to establish three communication relays near Logjam Lumberyard. Here's a quick guide on the exact location of the quest and how to complete it.
How to Deploy Aquatic Communication Relays in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2
As the name of the quest itself implies, the challenge is located in the Logjam Lumberyard point of interest (POI), which is located in the northern section of the map. At the point marked on the map above, you'll find a beacon by the shore that you need to activate to proceed with the quest.

Simply move over the the beacon, and the new communication relays challenge will start tracking. Now, head into the lake and swim to one of the highlighted points, where you can press the Interact button to deploy a relay. Do this two more times and you'll complete the quest.
Also note that this quest will only be available to players who have completed the prior quests. So, make sure to complete the quests from week one to the first stage of week four in order to access the current mission.
