As of the time of writing, Xbox Cloud Gaming is not available globally. You can only access the product if you reside in one of the countries listed below:

How to play Fortnite on iOS/iPhone with Xbox Cloud Gaming
If you reside in one of the above countries, visit the Apple Store and download the Xbox App. After downloading, log in to your Microsoft account with appropriate credentials. You do not need to have an active membership to play and experience the game, as it is entirely free.
Search through the various games section and look for Fortnite. Once found, click on the Play button below to launch the game. Fill in your Epic Games account details, and you can start playing. You can either use touch controls or a controller to play the game. Apart from iOS, you can enjoy and play the game on Android.
