There are plenty of ways to collect Gold Bars in Fortnite:

  • Looting and destroying anything will most likely drop Gold Bars. So loot all the chests, and destroy all the furniture.
  • Payphones—By interacting with Payphones you can do the odd smaller jobs needed done around the map. All these payout in Gold Bars
  • Eliminations—go on the hunt and kill everyone you encounter. Every elimination will drop Gold Bars, so it's one of the easiest but most dangerous ways to collect the resource.
  • Bounties—head to any of the Bounty Boards found on the island. Complete these and you'll earn a plethora of Gold Bars.

To complete this quest, you need to collect 500 Gold Bars in total. This may seem like a lot, but you'll quickly get that in no time. It's easier to spend the Gold Bars than it is to collect them. Isn't it always?!?
