But despite the hype, some players, specifically on the Xbox One, may experience some issues launching the game. If so, here is a quick guide that will hopefully help you lose the error messages and start taking the fight to the regime.
Hard Reset the Console
The first troubleshooting solution is to conduct a power cycle on the console. Start by holding down the power button on the console for about 15 seconds. Hold it down until you hear a second chime and the button illuminate. This should completely clear the console's data cache, and allow the console to run much smoother upon reboot. If Far Cry 6 still isn't working when launching the game on Xbox One, you may have to completely uninstall and then reinstall it. This, of course, is the last possible solution you should take since it will delay your game time. But this is the one solution that will almost always work.
