The Mongoose and The Man treasure is located in the Madrugada region of Yara. You should first head to the Costa Del Mar area after scouting the map. The treasure hunt will be located next to the Lucero Lighthouse.

How to complete the treasure hunt and get the Lethal Dose Unique Pistol
- Interact with the letter stuck to an electric pole. This will start the mission.
- Head into Alvaro's compound and look for a small locked room in the backyard.
- Grab the keys lying at the door and unlock it.
- A mongoose — La Comadreja, will run past the door once you unlock it.
- Chase and shoot the mongoose down. It will drop a key.
- Grab the keys to Alvaro's gun case and head back to his house.
- You will find a chest on the first floor of the house.
- Interact with it to receive the rewards
