In Elden Ring, players will come across various boss fights, after which they'll have a choice to explore the map or move ahead in the storyline of the game. While it's easy to get distracted in the picturesque open world of Elden Ring, players need to know exactly where to go after defeating a demi-god like General Radahn.
Once you vanquish Radahn, a new underground area will open up on the map called Nokron, Eternal City. This is the place where the shooting star lands near Mistwood at Limgrave. Players can visit that or head north from Liurnia to visit the Grand Lift of Dectus. This lift will take players to Lyndell, the Royal Capital, where you will face the next demi-god.

Since Nokron is an underground city, players will have to make their way down the crater to access it. Similarly, the Grand Lift of Dectus requires two medallions to function, and players need to collect them to get to Lyndell. Hence, even after defeating a boss, you'll have a fair bit of exploring to progress in the storyline.
The game's vast open world and unrestricted freedom allow players to make any choices they want, adding to the truly spectacular experience. However, if players only want to progress in the storyline, then the objective will be to hunt one demi-god after another.
