Where is the Queen's Bedchamber in Elden Ring?

The Queen's Bedchamber is located in the Leyndell Royal Capital. Start by spawning at the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace in Leyndell Royal Capital. You will spawn in a courtyard. From there, look for the pillars facing East. Run through the pillars and turn left, then make your way up the tree next to the mountain's edge. It doesn't necessarily look like you can climb up the tree, but you can, so go ahead and climb.

Once you've reached the top of the tree branch, go straight through the door ahead of you. Cross the bridge to the next door, but be careful, as there is a Black Knife Assassin at the end of the bridge waiting for you. Make quick work of him and enter through the door and up the stairs to the Queen's Bedchamber. In the Queen's Bedchamber you can access a Site of Grace.

Can you get to the Queen's Bedchamber Leyndell is destroyed?

You can still get to the site regardless of if the Capital has been destroyed or not. As long as you have activated the Site of Grace before the Capital is destroyed, you can still access it, as this is the Site of Grace for the final bosses.
