In FromSoftware's latest masterpiece, Elden Ring, players will encounter several NPCs that grant special items that give players unique boosts. Some of these NPCs will be located at the Roundtable Hold, so you will need to unlock this location first.
Baldachin's Blessing is one of these special gifts that players can receive from one of the NPCs at Roundtable Hold. Fia grants the Baldachin's Blessing to players after a brief interaction, and she is located inside the room beside the Blacksmith. If players refuse her gift the first time, then you will have to interact with her once more. The Baldachin's Blessing uses FP to temporarily boost your character's Poise.

Since this item temporarily boosts Poise your character to withstand enemy attacks without staggering. Baldachin's Blessing is ideal for players who prefer close-range melee combat. Although the effects are temporary, players can always return to Fia to get another.
Ideally, players should use this item before fighting a boss or a large group of enemies. Melee classes will need to have high Strength, Vigor, and Dexterity, so it's best to level up those attributes before engaging in combat. You can also purchase better armor to increase your character's Poise.
