He promises to help you find your sister and eventually sends you on a mission unique to aiding him—Spy Games. This mission has you infiltrating Jack Matt's Peacekeeper organization only to find Jack trying to help people, losing his trust in the process.

Consistently helping Juan in Dying Light 2 can influence your ending, leading this corrupt Charleton to control the city, hoarding all resources to himself, and causing an uprising from the citizens of Villedor. No matter how enticing Juan's deals seem, it's best not to give him the time of day throughout Dying Light 2.
