To activate Metro Stations in Dying Light 2, you will need to turn a number of emergency generators in the lower levels of the Metro Station. The station's number of generators will vary from a max of four generators

You can find Metro stations via the icon on the map below. Every district in Dying Light 2 will have at least one of these that can be unlocked for Fast Travel. However, before you can unlock these Metros, you will need to progress and complete the quest Let's Waltz

After this point, you will be able to unlock Metros by activating their generators. That said, you will need to progress through the Metro to get to these generators. But blocking your way will be a large number of either Infected or Bandits. Because of this, we recommend stocking up on healing items, weapons, and accessories such as throwing knives and grenades.

Metros are also extremely dangerous depending on your level and current gear set. So, we recommend using stealth and being careful as you progress through the Metro, and don't fight certain enemies if you don't have to.

Also, if the Metro is filled with Infected, watch out for a Volatile lurking somewhere in the dark. Dodge and use power attacks to quickly dispatch Volatiles as they will hit hard and can be extremely dangerous if you don't take them out fast.

After the initial obstacles, you will then need to parkour to reach the emergency generators. We recommend leveling up your Stamina prior and unlocking parkour skills to get past this part to make things easier.

Do both, and you won't have a problem getting to all four generators. That being said, turn on all four generators, and you will then need to find a power switch like the one shown above.

Turn the switch on, and you will activate the metro station, and you can then use it as a point of fast travel in Dying Light 2.
