Rice can sometimes be found at Goofy's stall in the Glade of Trust Biome. His stock rotates daily, so he may only sometimes have it available to purchase. You can always purchase Rice Seeds for 35 star coins a piece from his stall. Plant them somewhere in the Glade of Trust to boost crop growth time. You should also harvest them while hanging out with a Disney friend who boosts gardening for a chance to harvest extra crops with each plant.

You can obtain seaweed by fishing anywhere in the Valley. You have the highest chance of hooking it by fishing in an area without fishing bubbles. Fishing while hanging out with a friend who boosts fishing will grant you a chance to find extra Seaweed with each catch.

Salmon is found by fishing in the Frosted Heights or Sunlit Plateau Biome. You have the highest chance of finding it by fishing in an area with white fishing bubbles. Fishing while hanging out with a friend who boosts fishing will grant you a chance to find extra Salmon with each catch.
