To make Apple Sorbet, a three-star recipe, you'll need to combine the following ingredients with one Coal Ore at a cooking station: 1x Slush Ice, 1x Apple, and 1x Sugarcane. Apples can be easily picked from the trees growing around the Plaza. If you pick Apples while hanging out with a Disney friend who boosts foraging, you'll have a chance to obtain an extra Apple with each tree you collect from.

Sugarcane is grown via gardening. You can purchase Sugarcane Seeds from Goofy's Stall in the Dazzle Beach Biome. Each seed costs five star coins a piece. If you plant those seeds somewhere in the Dazzle Beach Biome, your crop will grow just a little bit faster. Hanging out with a Disney friend who boosts gardening while you harvest your plants gives you a chance at obtaining extra crops each time you pick one.

Slush Ice is the hardest ingredient to obtain. You must purchase it from Remy's Pantry at Chez Remy for 150 star coins a piece. However, it won't become available until after you've completed Remy's level 10 friendship quest, The Unknown Flavor.
