If you want to increase your inventory space in Diablo 2: Resurrected, you will need to do and use several methods in the game. The first is to organize everything you have in your inventory to store as much as possible.
Keep potions on one side while also have tomes on the other. As you get loot, store it in an orderly fashion and conserve and use every slot as best as possible.
As you progress, you can also skip on using identity tomes as you can always fast travel back to town and have a specific NPC called Deckard Cain identify your entire inventory.
Besides conserving space, getting a belt with more slots and using the personal stash is another suitable method to increase your inventory in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Getting a new belt will allow you to keep more of your potions on your Hotbar, thus clearing your precious space. You can upgrade your belt by getting new belts that have more slots and as you progress in Diablo 2 Resurrected.
In Act II, you will get more belts with 8+ slots with an eventual 16+. We recommend keeping an eye out for a belt with either stat size as you get more loot.
While you are keeping an eye out for belts, make sure to use the personal stash chest to store items you want to save or sell later to clear up space. Doing so is just the smart thing to do, as it's free inventory space. That said, the final method for increasing inventory space is when you get the Horadric Cube.
It's an item that allows you to combine items to make new ones and also takes up space but adds more than it uses. We recommend using this extra space to free some space up in your inventory.
