Diablo 2 Resurrected down for unscheduled maintenance starting at 10am PT

Diablo 2 Resurrected is going down for unscheduled maintenance, the reason why is simple.

Diablo 2 Resurrected is currently bombarded with the usual launch issues that plague every major game launch day. As of right now, players cannot create online characters or play with friends or the multiplayer portion of the game due to the servers being down.

The reason servers are down is probably because too many people want to slap Diablo in the face. When too many people line up to slap Diablo in the face or log into the game at once, the servers will undoubtedly experience some hiccups.

Because of the horde of demon slayers trying to log in at once, the servers will be undergoing maintenance starting at 10 am PT.

The News arrives via the Blizzard CS Americas account via the tweet linked below. Maintenance, according to Blizzard, will last a total of 30 minutes, so you will need to wait. Pop a turkey in the oven, go a 30-minute walk, or just play something else, and the servers will eventually come back up.

However, if you come back after your walk or break and the servers are still down, we recommend restarting your PC or restarting your router. Restarting the game and checking your internet speed is always options as well.
